Fort Collins: Where Your Racing Adventure Awaits!
Fort Collins, also known as the “Choice City,” is a true hidden gem nestled in the foothills of Northern Colorado. It’s a city that seamlessly blends community, adventure, and culture to offer its visitors an unforgettable experience. With over 20 breweries, including world-renowned Odell Brewing Co., Fort Collins has established itself as the craft beer capital of Colorado. But it’s not just about the beer — the farm-to-table dining scene is a foodie’s dream.
Historic Downtown Fort Collins, the inspiration for Disney World’s Main Street USA, offers a charming and unique atmosphere that is both quaint and vibrant. With over 300 days of sunshine a year, an average of 65-75 degrees daily high temperature in May, and low humidity, runners are given excellent conditions for the race. What better way to experience all of this than by participating in the Colorado Marathon?
Our Commitment to Sustainability
The Colorado Marathon is proudly environmentally conscious and committed to sustainable racing. We’ve gone completely digital with our registration process to reduce paper waste and promote sustainable practices. Additionally, our goal is to eliminate paper waste through cupless racing to keep the Poudre River and our course clean. So let’s run towards a greener future together! Thank you for helping us protect and maintain the natural beauty of the Poudre Canyon!
